"All these are the twelve tribes of Israel, and this is what their father said to them when he blessed them. He blessed them, every one with the blessing appropriate to him." -Genesis 49.28
Jacob's final act is blessing his sons. Verses 3-27 look at each of his twelve sons. Some of them are blessed, others aren't so much. But each of them receives what is appropriate to him. The choices that each son made during his life have brought him the words from his father. Some has lost a lot, others gained beyond anything they could have imagined. Each one gets what they have earned, what they deserved.
Men, what we do in life will catch up with us. Our actions, good and bad, right and wrong, will lead to the appropriate blessing. How are you living? What blessing will you receive?
"Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another."
